DUNDEE INDUSTRIAL REIT (TSX:DIR.UN) today announced its March 2014 monthly
distribution in the amount of 5.833 cents per Unit (70 cents annualized). The
March distribution will be payable on April 15, 2014 to unitholders of record as
at March 31, 2014.

trust. Dundee Industrial REIT owns a portfolio of 206 primarily light industrial
properties comprising approximately 15.7 million square feet of gross leasable
