Dividend Select 15 Corp. (the "Company") declares its monthly distribution of $0.0583 for each Equity Share ($0.70 annually). The distribution is payable April 10, 2013 to shareholders on record as of March 28, 2013.

Since inception (November 18, 2010) Equity shareholders have received a total of $1.63 per share inclusive of this distribution.
