Any thoughts on this move?

I’ve been watching hmmj for a long time. It seems to be such a dog. Why? Is it the fund or the sector?

In the time the broad market has doubled this has gone tangibly down. Is this a huge buying opportunity? If so why?

well it hit the price target now!

Well, you've excluded death in your analysis lol, but I concur, buying MJ ETF is alot like buying bell in the 70's and 80's.
Can't go wrong in the long run imo.

Take advantage of World events they are put in place for a reason, "unexpected" corrections are what moves wealth around.

Wish I had a deeper account for this drop

The bid on the 14's has come down to .95 - The ask still remains at 1.10 (might try bid 1.00)

So, unless we go entering a full broad market meltdown (which, don't get me wrong, is a very distinct possibility).....





Most pot stocks have (finally) gotten very close to their bottoms !.....






The Alternative just ISN'T a desirable outcome !










We're probably headed towards negative interest rates and an equities market which looks like Argentinas'.....










This must not happen (they simply won't let it).....

Keep a close eye on JP Mprgans $ 110 Level.....Currently (dangerously) trading at $ 107

Into weeds and out of golds......Depending on Jerome Powell (today).....
Whom, will almost certainly continue extraordinarily "accommodative".




That's a nice yield - just gotta hold it for 2 mos......Plus could see some capital gains.....Ya' figure ?

9 sessions ago could've bought (puts) at 1.15 and sold them (today) at the bid of 1.45


Resulting in a 26 % return

Alternatively also - One can SEE how the calls have done !


Yikes - What if one'd purchased some Calls back then (at .80) ?
The Bid on them now is just .30 !





I THINK I see that thing coming down to $ 16
So, perhaps there's still room to make money using puts.
Would (i'm guessing) result in around a 20 % return
Wonder if that's worth the risk....






Once it hits $ 16 the Aug $18 buck calls, would probably be asking around a dime
