VSP Vanguard S&P 500 Index ETF CAD Hedged

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. today announced the final December 2013 cash distributions for the Vanguard ETFs listed on Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). Please note that any capital gains distributions for the Vanguard ETFs will be reported separately.

Unitholders of record on December 31, 2013 will receive cash distributions payable on January 6, 2014. Details of the “per unit” distribution amounts for each of the Vanguard ETFs are as follows:
