AQM Copper Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AQM)(BVL:AQM) ("AQM Copper" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce that on May 17, 2012, the Company filed on SEDAR, the NI
43-101 compliant technical report in connection with the mineral resource
estimate for the Zafranal Project, supporting the Company's press release of
April 3, 2012. AQM continues to work on a Preliminary Economic Assessment for
the Zafranal Project, to be completed later in 2012.

company developing copper deposits in South America. Through its wholly owned
