Inc. (TSX-V: MVM) ("MillenMin" or the
"Corporation") announces that Sheng
(Sam) Wang has resigned as chief financial officer and
director of the Corporation, effective August 15, 2015. Yunkai Cai, President and a
director of the Corporation, serves as interim chief financial
officer until a new chief financial officer is appointed.
The Board thanks Mr. Wang for his contributions, and wishes him
all the best in his future endeavors.
