AntOro Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ORE (suspended))  is pleased to announce that
the Exchange has informed that it has completed its review of the personal
information forms for Bogdan Damjanovic (President) and  Directors, Tony
Materazzi, and Yvan Dubuc.  The Exchange has indicated it has no objections to
the appointment of these individuals.


The new management of the Company has commenced discussions with the Exchange to
identify a list of requirements that must be satisfied in order to conclude the
Exchange's compliance review and to effect a reinstatement to trading.


AntOro is looking forward to providing quick and comprehensive response to the
TSX's directives in order to provide long-term value to our shareholders.  The
Company will provide further updates as they become available.


The Company would also like to advise shareholders that RCGT (Raymond Chabot
Grant Thornton) will be commencing their annual financial audit this week.  Once
the audit has been completed, the company will announce the date for the annual
shareholders meeting.
