Peter Leger, President and Chief Executive Officer of Teras Resources Inc.
("Teras") (TSX VENTURE:TRA) would like to provide its shareholders with a
Corporate update.


Teras has accepted the resignation of one of its directors, Shawn Taylor. Teras
would like to thank Shawn for his efforts and wish him all the best in his
endeavours.


In the near future Teras will update its shareholders as to Shawn's replacement.

Teras will continue to update shareholders on the progress of future corporate
news, financings, and project developments.
