$0.05 per share. This is the
fourteenth dividend paid by Bonal International in the last ten
consecutive fiscal years. The dividend is payable on or about
April 17, 2014 to shareholders of
record as of the close of business on April
10, 2014.
Dividends are paid out of retained earnings. In the future, the
Bonal International board of directors will continue to evaluate
the company's dividend policy on a quarterly basis.
