CES Synergies' Subsidiary Cross Environmental Services, Inc. Awarded Contract by State of Louisiana for Demolition at Jackson Barracks

CRYSTAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - June 10, 2014) - CES Synergies, Inc. (OTCQB: CESX) announces that its subsidiary Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES) has been awarded a contract to provide demolition services to the State of Louisiana. The project is the demolition of two one-story structures totaling over 14,700 square feet at Jackson Barracks, a National Guard facility in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The structures are situated on an archaeologically significant site. Therefore, in addition to standard demolition methods, the demolition plan will also require that a portion of the structures be demolished by hand to preserve the integrity of the site. The work will also be monitored by an archaeologist and seismic activity will be measured by engineers. CES will reconstruct the perimeter fences using brick salvaged from the demolition supplemented by matching brick.

Mr. Clyde A. Biston, Chief Executive Officer of CESX, commented, "CES is pleased to have the opportunity to apply our specialized skill set, developed over many years of demolition work, as part of a project that will maintain the archaeological significance of the Jackson Barracks."
