PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 2, ARTICLE 165 OF THE COMPANIES ACT OF JAPAN)
On November 1, 2017, the registrant filed with the Tokyo
Stock Exchange a notice concerning the status of repurchases of its common stock (under the provisions of the registrant’s Articles of Incorporation pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 165 of the Companies Act of Japan). Attached is an English
translation of the notice filed with the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
