fully prepared to move forward with a launch of its unique direct
marketing program, products and services internationally. It will
begin with a targeted focus in India, where direct marketing has
grown considerably over the past 2 years and many in the industry
believe direct marketing to increase by 15-20% per year.
MSOA has partnered with seasoned direct and affiliate marketing
executive, Jim Clayton, and his firm, MARKETS. They will spearhead
MSI’s initiative to attract large international direct sales
organizations and international network companies, “which they will
target as a ‘natural’ for all the networkers who are looking
to grow their own international down lines,” states MSOA CEO, John
A. Roberts. “We expect this to be a tremendous catalyst for new
business, increased customer base and revenues. India is a market

Mr. Clayton has extensive experience in both domestic and
international business. Mr. Clayton consulted as C.O.O. to Healthy
Coffee USA, Inc., a new international start-up Network Marketing
initiative. Mr. Clayton was responsible for all phases of
infrastructure, merchant’s accounts/pay card, software platform,
IT, recruiting and teaching staff, CSR tools, business development,
marketing and sales strategy, coordinating delivery of services
worldwide, and management of partnership relations. Mr. Clayton has
been engaged as an independent consultant on behalf of WorldTel
Xchange, the inventor and manufacturer of 1Button To WiFi, a
provider of COIP cell phone calls utilizing the internet. In
addition Jim consulted to Voip.com, IamVoip.com, AlkaPuro the
manufacturer and bottler of the renowned Ed Hardy structured water
and Christian Audigier – AlcaPuro PH wellness water.
Jim attributes his marketing savvy to his 14 year joint venture
relationship with the award winning agency Fawcett Productions
where he participated in client strategic corporate infrastructure
as well as co-producing infomercials, corporate training,
motivational programs, and sales projects for clients such as
Chrysler Corporation, Commonwealth Commodity Brokers, City of Hope,
Fairfield Communities, Nutrition Express, Enrich, Nu Skin,
TravelMax and a host of others. He and his company, MARKETS is
