Radwell International (“Radwell,” or “the Company”), a leading global industrial operations, automation, and electronics solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Chris Snodgrass as Chief Executive Officer. He will become a member of the company’s Board of Directors, effective August 5, 2024.

Mr. Snodgrass is a proven global executive with extensive operational and management experience across diverse industrial sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of the Building Construction Products division (BCP) and an officer at Caterpillar, Inc. (NYSE: CAT). Prior to BCP, Mr. Snodgrass was Senior Vice President for the Product Support & Logistics division (PSLD), where he had global accountability for Caterpillar’s worldwide parts distribution network, integrated logistics organizations, wear and maintenance component manufacturing, and aftersales product support. He brings an established track record of driving growth, expanding margins, and managing complex global operations resulting in shareholder value creation.

About Chris Snodgrass

Mr. Snodgrass most recently served as Senior Vice President at Caterpillar Inc., responsible for the Building Construction Products (BCP) Division. This role provides global leadership, including the design, operations, procurement, sales, marketing, and product support of Caterpillar’s compact, versatile construction machines and attachments business. Prior to BCP, Snodgrass was Senior Vice President for the Product Support & Logistics Division (PSLD), where he had global accountability for Caterpillar’s worldwide parts distribution network, integrated logistics organizations, wear and maintenance component manufacturing, and aftersales product support.

Chris has held senior leadership roles for the large engine business in Caterpillar’s Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD), first responsible for the design and manufacturing of industrial engines, then later leading global sales, marketing, service, and parts.

Snodgrass joined Caterpillar in 2013 following a successful 20-year career that included executive leadership positions with commercial vehicle and industrial components manufacturer Meritor (now part of Cummins, Inc. NYSE: CMI) after spending nearly 15 years at Daimler AG. While at Daimler, Chris served in senior leadership roles at Mercedes Benz Truck in Europe, with Freightliner Trucks in North America, and at the global engine manufacturer Detroit Diesel Corporation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational leadership from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon, and completed Caterpillar's Executive Program in partnership with Duke University.
