marks the beginning of a collaboration with Piemonte Land of Wine,
expanding the representation within the event — which historically
involves nearly all the companies associated with the Consorzio
Barolo Barbaresco Alba Langhe e Dogliani and the Consorzio di
Tutela Roero — to include various winemaking territories in
Piedmont and the main wineries associated with and producing wines
under the many denominations protected by the other 12 Piedmontese
Protection Consortia.
During the two-day event, 500 wineries will showcase their
labels in the evocative spaces of OGR, Torino's new multipurpose cultural center. The
international profile of the event continues to grow, with more
than 200 buyers arriving from over 30 countries, including the
USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Japan, and India.
