The Company has been notified on 23 September 2021 that on 22 September 2021, Hannah Hill, a PDMR of the Company, sold 176 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1,400p per Share.

As a result, Hannah Hill's beneficial interest in the Company was reduced by 176 Shares.
