Results of AGM

iomart Group plc (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, announces that all resolutions were duly passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 31 August 2021.

The results of the votes received in relation to the resolutions will be made available on the Company's website at www.iomart.com/investors .

The iomart board notes that in respect of Resolution 2 (an advisory resolution to approve the report of the board to members on directors' remuneration), 18.73% voted against this resolution. The board confirms that it has discussed with certain institutional shareholders why they voted against Resolution 2, being concerns related to the vesting period of the initial option award for a newly appointed executive director. The board understands the views which have been expressed and will take these into account as and when future executive board directors are recruited by iomart.
