The Company announces that on 25 August 2021 the Company purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.67 at a price of GBP27.868814 per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 54,089,447 shares of which 10,000 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in the Company is 54,079,447 ordinary shares of GBP0.67. Each share has one voting right.
