Portfolio Update

London, UK 3 November 2021: Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income Plc ("RCOI" or the "Company") has announced the successful realisation of the following investment:

-- Project Mirror Realisation - On 28 December 2020, RCOI committed $6.9 million to a first-lien community solar development company. On 29 October 2021, the Company fully refinanced this loan with a new source of financing, resulting in a 36.0 percent realised IRR and 1.27x realised MOIC. This realisation represents the first exit of a green loan in the portfolio. This deal marks the sixth realisation for RCOI since the beginning of the Covid period, which on aggregate have produced cumulative returns of a 20.4 percent realised IRR and 1.20x realised MOIC. The Company is rapidly working to redeploy available capital into a pipeline of new opportunities in the infrastructure, infrastructure services and energy transition sectors.

RCOI seeks to generate consistent Shareholder returns predominantly in the form of income distributions, principally by making senior secured loans to small and middle-market energy companies, which span conventional energy as well as low carbon and renewable sources. The investment strategy is predicated on asset-based lending, with conservative loan-to-value ratios and structural protective features to mitigate risk. The Company will invest broadly across energy subsectors globally, with a primary focus on infrastructure businesses and going forward those with de-carbonization strategies in North America. RCOI's goal is to create a diversified portfolio across basins, commodities, technologies and end-markets to provide natural synergies and hedges with the aim of delivering enhanced overall stability across the portfolio.
