Result of EGM, appointment of Liquidator and Cancellation of Admission to trading on AIM

St Peter Port Capital Limited (the "Company") announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held at 10:00 a.m. today, all proposed resolutions were passed, including resolutions to approve the cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM, the appointment of the liquidator and the implementation of a solvent members' voluntary liquidation of the Company.

Accordingly, Jeff Vincent of Moore Stephens Channel Islands, PO Box 146, Level 2, Park Place, Park Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3HZ has been appointed as liquidator to effect the voluntary winding-up of the Company. As contemplated in the Company's circular dated 10 September 2021 and its announcement of the same date, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled at 7.00 a.m. on 12 October 2021.
