AVEVA Group plc announces that on 2 August 2019 it was notified of the following share option exercise and sale of shares which took place:

James Kidd, Deputy CEO and CFO

On 1 August 2019 Mr Kidd exercised options over 41,982 shares under the AVEVA Long-Term Incentive Plan 2016 at an exercise price of 3(5) /(9) pence per share. Mr Kidd sold 19,795 of the resultant shares at a price of GBP39.54 per share, with the remaining 22,187 shares being retained and held.

Following this, Mr Kidd beneficially owns 47,056 ordinary shares and holds options over 110,214 ordinary shares.
