Issue of Equity / PDMR Dealing
Bigblu Broadband plc (AIM: BBB.L), a leading provider of
alternative super-fast broadband services, announces that on 13
September 2019 a total of 733,333 options over ordinary shares of
GBP0.15 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised and
subsequently sold by a number of staff including Directors pursuant
to the terms of the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive
("EMI") scheme and the Company's unapproved option scheme as per
the table below:

As a result of the above transactions, application has been made
for a total of 733,333 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM on 20 September 2019.
Total voting rights
Following admission, the Company will have a total of 57,570,879
Ordinary Shares in issue with one voting right per share.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
