Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities
Increase in PDMR shareholding
The Company announces that Mr Mark Belton and Mr Noel Endy Soon
Aik Chin, both Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMR"), have acquired shares through a Company Placing of
Ordinary Shares and the Admission of Placing Shares, as announced
on Friday 19 June 2020.
Messrs Belton and Chin acquired 10,000 shares each at a price of
120.5p per Ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Belton's beneficial interest has
increased to 376,822 shares and Mr. Chin's beneficial interest has
increased to 49,370.
