What a wonderful update. Truly impressive. Though I couldn’t help but notice there’s not a single mention of going over there to release that $102.09 million. Securing a date to meet with the banks is one thing, but are you going there to get business done or just to sip tea?

I think they may use it to expand their IP portfolio, to buy /pay for IP licenses held by third parties.
What is telling is that they are saying that they are using the $5 million for day-to-day operations, however with the $50 million they are going out of their way to state they are NOT us

You example are not biotech drugs or were companies that passed the criteria to be accepted by a major exchange. NWBO was booted out of a major exchange and meets virtually none of the criteria required to be admitted to with NASDAQ or NYSE. Sorry, none of your examples were OTC or a biotech drug
