Cognitronics Names Bob Fleming to Chairman of the Board of Directors

Cognitronics Corporation (AMEX:CGN), a leading provider of audio
conferencing solutions and call processing technology, today
announced the appointment of Bob Fleming to the position of
Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Additionally, Rob Scott has been named to the Board of Directors,
as a standing member. Mr. Fleming succeeds Jack Meehan, who has
tendered his resignation as a director of the company. Mr.
Fleming�s experience in business infrastructure software and
systems and communications technologies will be a driving force in
the company�s increased focus on next-generation voice services and
conferencing solutions. Mr. Fleming is a co-founder of Prism
Venture Partners and currently sits on the board of Polatis
(formerly Continuum Photonics), and Kaon Interactive. Prism Venture
Partners currently holds greater than 19% of the outstanding shares
