Denison Mines Corp. ("Denison" or the "Company") (TSX:DML)(NYSE
MKT:DNN)(NYSE Amex:DNN), in response to a request of the Investment
Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) on behalf of the
Toronto Stock Exchange, confirms that there are no material
undisclosed corporate developments that might account for the
increased trading activity of the Company's shares today. Denison
does not otherwise comment on market activity.

company with interests in exploration and development projects in
Saskatchewan, Zambia and Mongolia. As well, Denison has a 22.5%
ownership interest in the McClean Lake uranium mill, located in
