Bachy was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager - Penn Twp. Office. Mrs. Bachy was hired at Irwin Bank on January 4, 1999. Mrs. Bachy holds an Associate Degree in Retail/Business Management. Debbie is a member of the Norwin Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Penn Twp. Business Partners Association, a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church and a member of the PA Association of Notaries. She resides in North Huntingdon with her husband, Darrin and her 2 daughters Tara and Michelle. Vesna K. Baer was promoted to officer status and is the Branch Manager of the Irwin Bank Penn Crossing location. Mrs. Baer was hired on March 23, 1998. Vesna has attended various banking classes through the Westmoreland County Community College and the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.
