Application For Listing

Intec Telecom Systems Plc

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for the listing and admission to trading of 15,958,510 ordinary shares
of 1p each of Intec Telecom Systems Plc ("Intec" or "the Company"). The shares
have been issued as consideration for the Company's acquisition of Digiquant A/S
as announced on 11 September 2003 and are expected to be admitted to trading on
the main market of the London Stock Exchange on the morning of Tuesday 16
September 2003.
