Reed’s Inc. (NYSE American: REED), owner of the nation’s leading portfolio of handcrafted, all-natural beverages, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 7,733,750 shares of its common stock, including 1,008,750 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ full exercise of their option to purchase additional shares to cover over-allotments, at a public offering price of $2.10 per share, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the company.  The gross proceeds to the Company from this offering are approximately $16.2 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses.

Roth Capital Partners is acting as the sole manager for the offering. 

Reed’s intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund the accelerated growth of its business, support new product launches, invest in sales and marketing programs, working capital, and for general corporate purposes.
