XRT SPDR S&P Retail

The SPDR� S&P� Retail ETF (ticker:XRT), an exchange-traded fund and a series portfolio of the SPDR� Series Trust, announced today it has adjusted its closing net asset value on February 7, 2008 from $33.49 per share to $33.62 per share. The objective of the SPDR S&P�Retail ETF�is to replicate as closely as possible, before expenses, the total return performance of the S&P Retail Select Industry Index� (ticker: SPSIRETR), an index within the S&P Select Industry Index Series�. The S&P Select Industry Index series is designed to measure the performance of narrow GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) sub-industries.
