                       Agreement with Cambridge Water plc

Qonnectis plc ("Qonnectis" or "the Company"), the telematics and IT services
provider to the utility markets, announces that it has signed an agreement with
Cambridge Water plc which will allow them to re-sell the Qonnectis solution
throughout the UK and within its parent group.

Cambridge Water will be promoting Qonnectis's water management information
system and services to its customers. In addition, as part of its growth
strategy and in an innovative programme for a UK water company, Cambridge Water
will also market the system and service solution to major commercial and
industrial customers throughout the UK.

The agreement was signed following successful trialling of Qonnectis
installations at food and beverage companies in the Cambridge area, and at a UK
port.

Brett Fleming-Jones, Commercial Director of Cambridge Water plc, commented:
