TERMINATION OF APPOINTED PAYING AGENT

Vattenfall AB (publ) hereby announces the termination of the appointment of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg as a paying agent to its EUR15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme), to be effective from 15 December 2016.

Citibank, N.A., London Branch shall continue to act as Agent and Paying Agent in respect of the issued notes and the Programme.
