PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 7 November 2022 the Company purchased 10,492 Ordinary Shares at a price of 439.5

pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises:

92,318,387 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

11,846,035 Ordinary shares held in treasury

104,164,422 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
