Bullabulling Gold Limited ("Bullabulling" or "the Company")

Update on the Norton Gold Fields Limited ("Norton") takeover offer, change in interest of substantial holder and increase to the Offer Price

Norton has today announced that its relevant interest in Bullabulling shares has increased to 41.35%. Norton has further announced that this exceeds the minimum 30% required by 5:00pm (AWST) on 30 June 2014 to satisfy the increase in the Offer Price to 8 cents per Bullabulling Share. The Offer Price will now increase to 8 cents per Bullabulling Share. Norton has confirmed that there will be no further increase to the Offer price.
