ClearStar (AIM: CLSU), a provider of Human Capital IntegritySM
technology-based services specialising in background and medical
screening , announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or
the "Meeting") of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions
were duly passed.
The results of the poll, including the proxy votes lodged ahead
of the Meeting, which should be read alongside the Notice of AGM,
