    China Medstar Limited (the "Company")                     

                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting                    

China Medstar Limited is pleased to announce that at an Extraordinary General
Meeting of the Company, which took place earlier today, all resolutions put to
shareholders were passed.

Following the passing of the resolutions the Company is to proceed with the
cancellation of its listing on AIM and conversion to a private limited company.
The cancellation is expected to be effective as of 7.00am on 7 July 2008.

Further, a copy of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December
2007 has been posted to shareholders today. Electronic copies of the documents
