In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers and for 
the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency 
Rules, the Company announces that, following the admission to trading on AIM at 
8.00am today of 38,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each, it has the following 
securities in issue: 
133,472,623 Ordinary Shares of 1p each. 
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and there are no other classes 
of shares with voting rights. Consequently the Company's total number of voting 
rights is 133,472,623 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in 
coffeeheaven, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
