Whitbread PLC (WTB.LN), said Monday that the condition to Costa's offer for Coffeeheaven International PLC (COH.LN), relating to an unconditional merger control clearance being issued by the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, has been satisfied.

MAIN FACTS:

-The offer will remain open for acceptance until 1300 GMT on Feb. 18.
