Following discussions with the Company, Insinger de Beaufort has today resigned
as Nominated Adviser to Commodity Growth Plc. The resignation will become
effective on or by 23 September 2007 or the announcement by Commodity Growth Plc
of the appointment of a replacement Nominated Adviser.
