The Board of Chariot announces that it received notification on 10 July 2006
that following the recently completed placing, and as at 7 July 2006, Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, both being non-
beneficial holders, no longer have a notifiable interest in the share capital of
the Company.
