The Company announces that it received formal notification on 7 November 2006
that, following the purchase of 800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company on 7 November 2006, Astinway Limited has a beneficial interest in
10,800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 15.21% of the
current issued share capital of the Company.
