                              Share Option Awards 
 
 
Collins Stewart Hawkpoint plc (the "Company") announces that the trustees of 
the Collins Stewart Employees' Share Ownership Trust (the "ESOT"), an employee 
benefit trust in which employees and executive directors participate, notified 
the Company on 12 March 2012 that a total of 30,991 Ordinary shares in the 
Company have been transferred to satisfy awards granted under the Company's 
share incentive plans. 
 
Following the above transactions, the ESOT holds a total of 6,868,780 Ordinary 
shares.  The Company has 248,323,108 Ordinary shares in issue, of which 283,173 
are held in Treasury.
