           Castle establishes partnership in UAE acquiring 50% stake



Castle Support Services plc ("Castle" or "Group" or "Company") is pleased to
announce the acquisition of a 50% shareholding in Intersel FZE ("Intersel") for
a consideration in the region of �1.6m.


Based in Dubai, UAE, Intersel employs 40 engineers operating from a 1700 sq
metre property providing electro-mechanical services to the oil, gas, and power
generation sectors, predominantly within the Middle East territories.
