Publication of 2022 Annual Report and Accounts

Dignity plc ("Dignity" or the "Company") will today post its 2022 Annual Report and Accounts to those shareholders who have requested a hard copy.

Copies of the document are available direct from the Company or may be viewed on the Company's website at www.dignityplc.co.uk/investors/results-and-reports/

In accordance with LR 9.6.1, the Company has submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority a copy of the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts. This document will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

In conformity with DTR 6.3.5(1A) the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website as noted above.

On 24 April 2023 Yellow (SPC) Bidco Limited announced that it had acquired, or agreed to acquire, Dignity shares representing more than 75% of the voting rights of Dignity and that it would require Dignity to apply to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange, respectively, to cancel the listing of Dignity Shares on the Official List and the trading in Dignity Shares on the Main Market. The Company submitted the relevant applications to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange on 24 April 2023.

Although cancellation of listing and trading of Dignity's shares is expected to take effect no earlier than 8.00 a.m. on 25 May 2023, it is expected to take effect before the currently scheduled date for Dignity's 2023 Annual General Meeting. As a result, the notice of meeting is not being sent to shareholders at this time.

If any meeting of the Company is held this year, it will not follow the usual format for an annual general meeting of a listed public limited company.
