                         Non Executive Director Changes


The Company is pleased to announce that Robert Skjoedt has been appointed Chief
Executive Officer, as referred to in the Company's announcement of its annual
results on 9 October 2007. At the same time, Bo Kristensen, the Company's
previous Chief Executive Officer has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman, with
Erik Damgaard, the previous Chairman, becoming a Non-Executive Director. In
addition, and reflecting the EuroTrust's European investor base, the Company is
pleased to announce the appointment of Ernst Hoffmann as Non-Executive Director,
with immediate effect and the resignation of John Stuart as Non-Executive
Director. The Board would like to thank Mr Stuart for his contribution and Mr
Damgaard for his guidance as Chairman over the last number of years. The Board

CVR 28102364 Stamatic A/S. Mr Hoffman left the Board of Directors on September
14, 2006. The company filed a petition in bankruptcy on 20 November 2006 owing
approximately DKK 9 million. to creditors


There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of
the AIM rules in relation to Mr Hoffmann.
