                                Holding in Company


The Company received notification on 14 September 2006 that Mike Charlton had
transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares to Chaing-Suan Charlton for nil
consideration.  The Company was also informed that Chaing-Suan Charlton had
entered into a lock-in deed on substantially the same terms as the lock-in deed
entered into by Mike Charlton at the time of launch of the Company in January 
2006.
