Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 15 August 2023, David Anderson, Group Property Director and PDMR, sold 15,325 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 466.0 pence each. The shares were immediately repurchased by Mr Anderson into an ISA at 466.2 pence each.

Following this transaction, David Anderson's aggregate beneficial holding is unchanged at 58,100 Ordinary Shares representing 0.18%.
