HTP Hat Pin

    On 8 June 2006 Stephen Bampfylde, an Executive Director of the
Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase
price of 80 pence per ordinary share.

Stephen Bampfylde's total holding is now 2,313,127 ordinary shares in
the Company, which represents 15.01 per cent. of its issued ordinary
share capital.
