Eddy has been appointed as a director of the company effective immediately.
Mr Eddy is a Science graduate and Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of
Australasia with wide ranging experience in many international markets
including Australia, Middle East, Africa and Asia. He has been an investment
and resource banker for over 30 years and has held senior positions in: bullion
and security houses; investment banks; exploration and mining companies.
Mr Eddy's is experienced in advising and fundraising for Natural Resource
companies, he has also acted for or either been a principal in listed and
private companies exploring for and exploiting Antinomy, Coal, Copper,
Diamonds, Gold, Iron Ore, Oil & Gas, Platinum, Rare Earths, Titanium, Uranium,
Zinc in the following countries - Australia, Botswana, Cambodia, Canada, China,
Democratic Republic of Congo, Ecuador, Indonesia, Iran, Laos, Mozambique, Papua
and New Guinea, Republic of Congo, Russia, Somalia, South Africa, USA and
Zambia.
He brings to Invest Resources PLC excellent financial analysis, deal-making,
structuring and documentation skills and is a knowledgeable originator,
negotiator, acquirer and dealer of resource style assets.
