Potential offer talks terminated 
 
 
On 16 January 2009, the Board of Invocas announced that it was in very 
preliminary discussions in relation to a potential offer for the Company. 
 
 
Since then, the Board has held a number of discussions in order to establish 
whether a suitable potential offer for the Company that could be recommended to 
shareholders would be forthcoming. On the basis that no such suitable potential 
offer has been received to date, the Board has terminated all discussions. 
 
 
The Board confirms that the Company is no longer deemed to be in an offer period 
for the purposes of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
