Statement re Interim Distribution

Further to the announcement on 30 June 2016, in respect to the initial distribution of GBP 0.83176 per ordinary share to be made to the Company’s shareholders on 6 July 2016, the Liquidators confirm that the Company has retained assets in the region of GBP 3m which they intend to distribute to shareholders once the outstanding liabilities and costs have been cleared.  On the basis of present available information, the Liquidators anticipate this to be towards the end of July 2016.
